We are not a factory, and we do not market ourselves as one. We buy from factories we have chosen, check what they send, and stand between you and the part of the process that goes wrong.
XAC Communications is the export brand of XIN AN CHENG (SHANDONG) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., based in Jinan, Shandong. We supply and distribute AV and ELV products into project work — conference rooms, schools, hospitals, transport buildings and commercial fit-outs.
Our customers are contractors, integrators and distributors who need a reliable Chinese supply partner without opening an office here. Our job is to make that relationship simple enough that you only have to talk to one person.
No account managers, no ticket numbers. The person who quotes your project is the person who follows the order through inspection and shipment.

A small number of core factories, kept long-term, plus alternatives so you are not locked into one catalogue.
Quantity, model, finish and function checked before shipment — not after the container arrives.
Mixed orders from several lines combined into one shipment, one invoice, one set of documents.
Commercial invoice, packing list and the paperwork your forwarder needs. Freight and customs are handled by forwarding specialists.
We will not tell you we ship to forty countries, because that number would be invented. We will not claim certifications we have not received from the factory. And we will not call ourselves a manufacturer to look bigger than we are.
What we will do is answer the question you actually asked, and tell you when something is outside what we can do well.

A trial order, or just a question. Both are fine.
